BITTER CUSTODY BATTLE CONTINUES BETWEEN PAMELA ANDERSON AND TOMMY LEE

Publish date: 2024-05-31

Former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee emerged victorious on Tuesday in an on-going bitter custody battle with voluptuous ex-wife Pamela Anderson. The one-time Baywatch babe requested monitored visits for Tommy and the couple’s two sons, claiming the rocker was an unfit father – accusations a Los Angeles Superior Court denied.

“Mr Lee has gone for quite some time without monitored visits,” said Judge Lee Smalley Edmon. “I don’t see anything that leads me to believe that monitoring is necessary to protect the children.”

Tommy was pleased with the outcome. “I think it was fair,” he said. “I just want to be with my kids… I’m a great, great dad. And that’s why I’m here. To make sure I’m in their lives.”

While the tattooed musician may have won this round, Pamela vows to continue the fight. “He says he wants to see the kids more so I just say show up for the times that he’s scheduled to visit them instead of cancelling most of the time,” explained the blonde bombshell. “I’m not going to let it go… I will protect my children until my last day and my last dollar.”

Pamela filed a petition in December seeking full custody of her two boys, Brandon, five, and Dylan, three. Current arrangements give the former couple joint custody.

That may change soon, fears Tommy. “All this is coming out of nowhere,” reports the 39-year-old drummer. “Maybe it’s because I’m happy. My life is going really well right now. Maybe she’s planning to move away with her boyfriend and she can’t do that without full custody. I don’t know.”

Pamela’s boyfriend is controversial MTV staple and American Bad Ass singer Kid Rock. Pamela was reportedly carrying the Detroit native’s child, but was said to have suffered a miscarriage.

Tommy, meanwhile, has been spotted canoodling with Prince’s ex-wife, dancer Mayte Garcia. “They were all over each other,” said a source at the MTV 20th anniversary bash in August. Tommy is currently in the studio with his band Methods of Mayhem working on a follow-up to their 1999 self-titled debut.

Pamela and Tommy are no strangers to controversy. He served four months in prison stemming from domestic abuse charges brought by the former Playboy playmate in 1998. In other high-profile events, a steamy home video starring the duo became Hollywood party viewing before hitting the internet. The video, which they claim was stolen from their home, eventually became a Pay-Per-View broadcast feature, netting the pair a reported £2 million.

The former spouses are due back in court on March 19.
