Gary Barlow shares toned gym selfie and sends his fans wild!
Gary Barlow's hard work at the gym has really been paying off! The Take That star showed off his incredibly toned body in a selfie at the weekend, wowing his fans with his impressive arm muscles as he prepared to take part in a yoga session. "Gonna do a Twitter diary today! First stop yoga," the 45-year-old wrote alongside.
Unsurprisingly, the photo proved to be a big hit with his followers, with many keen to sign Gary up as their fitness coach. "There needs to be a Barlow's boot camp! I'd join," one wrote, with simply stating: "I need you to be my personal trainer."

A third joked: "Did you hear that noise? It was the ambulance taking me to hospital with a heart attack!"
Gary has undergone a dramatic transformation in recent years. In 1999 he weighed 17 stone – and made the decision to turn his life around.
"I've made big changes," he told the Mirror. "I take exercise more seriously now and I'm big on well-being. I eat well, do an acupuncture session a week and I try to sleep well and do things to aid good sleep.

"I don't eat sugar, I don't eat fried foods and I stay away from McDonalds and chips, and things like that. For years, I did every diet going – Atkins, the works – and I couldn't work out why I couldn't sustain the weight loss."

Gary is also gearing up for the launch of his own TV show,. The BBC talent competition will see Gary and fellow mentors Dannii Minogue, Martin Kemp and Amber Riley search for performers to star in a Take That musical.
