Maya Jama suffers fashion faux pas in boyfriend jeans
The Love Island host coolly embraced her style slip-up
Nothing says classic quite like jeans and a nice top. The phrase has become synonymous with parties, evenings out and date nights. Not sure what to wear? We already know what your friends will suggest.
Maya Jama is also a champion of the iconic duo. The Love Island host regularly relies upon the pairing for her off-duty outings, and her latest excursion proved to be no exception. Marrying a staple pair of blue, mid-wash boyfriend jeans with a cropped white racerback top, the star conjured up a failproof look – well, almost failproof.
Unfortunately for the 28-year-old, she encountered a common fashion faux pas that we have all been guilty of doing. The star showed off a fresh coffee stain which took pride of place on her pristine top, holding up the offending iced drink in her right hand.
Spills aside, Maya completed her It-girl attire by wearing her cascading raven hair tied back into a messy bun and opting for a natural makeup palette to highlight her dashing features. A pair of cat-eye sunglasses provided the perfect protection from the sun in addition to a beige cap by designer label Isabel Marant.
Still wearing the same outfit minus the coffee stain, Maya shared another outfit update with fans via her Instagram Stories. Styling her locks down loose and with a margarita in hand as opposed to something infused with caffeine, Maya beamed for a scenic photo beside a beautifully lit bridge.
From low-rise jeans to Y2K Gucci bikinis, crochet sets to Versace LBDs and so much more, Maya has seamlessly rocked it all. The ITV mogul has no shortage of divine outfits sourced from a plethora of both designer and cutting-edge brands, as her latest look demonstrated.
Luckily for us, the star's wardrobe was once again on full display during her recent vacay, where she enjoyed a night out in Hong Kong in a casino with friends.
LATEST: Maya Jama is a total goddess in a bold geometric print bikini
Maya lit up the night in a knitted mottled pink and cream set that consisted of a wrap-effect crop top featuring a sleeveless silhouette and a coordinating maxi skirt with a mermaid flare and a contemporary cut-out panel. The two-piece, sourced from Australian label Christopher Esber, holds a price tag of over £1,000 according to Farfetch.
